RedactAgent Cookie Notice
RedactAgent uses essential browser storage needed to run the website and application. The public website may also use privacy-first Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure aggregate page performance and visits without advertising profiles.
1. Essential cookies and storage
RedactAgent and its authentication providers may use essential cookies, local storage, and similar browser storage to keep users signed in, complete passwordless email-link sign-in, remember onboarding and pending legal-acceptance state, protect sessions, route users to the correct tenant or workspace, and operate security controls.
2. App preferences and workflow continuity
The application may store user interface preferences and workflow state locally in the browser, such as AI settings, redaction settings, compliance settings, pane layout, upload or processing job identifiers, and email-link sign-in hints. This storage helps the app continue a reviewer workflow without sending unnecessary settings to the backend.
3. Analytics and marketing cookies
The public website may load Cloudflare Web Analytics. It is used to understand aggregate page views, referrers, campaign parameters, browser performance, and Core Web Vitals. RedactAgent does not use this analytics route for cross-site advertising profiles or behavioural advertising. Cloudflare states that its Web Analytics product does not collect or use visitors' personal data.
Campaign parameters included in a demo-request URL may be stored with the submitted request so RedactAgent can understand which page or campaign produced an enquiry. Advertising or profiling cookies will not be added without updating this notice and providing consent controls where required.
4. Third-party services
Third-party services such as Supabase Auth, Firebase/Google Identity Platform, Microsoft, Apple, Stripe, Cloudflare, or other configured providers may use cookies or browser storage as part of authentication, checkout, access control, fraud prevention, or security workflows.
5. Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies or storage may prevent sign-in, checkout, document review, export, or other app features from working correctly.
6. Contact
Questions about cookies or browser storage should be sent to team@redactagent.io.
